Full home interiors in New Gurgaon

A turnkey fit-out is one team taking the flat from bare shell to the day you move in: civil, electrical, carpentry, painting, and the coordination between them that is where most projects actually fail.

The failure mode in a full-home job is almost never a single trade doing bad work. It is sequencing — a false ceiling closed before a wiring change, a floor laid before the carpentry measurement, painters called in twice because carpentry ran late. We run a room-by-room bill of quantities and a stage plan for exactly that reason, and you get to see both before you commit.

We are also honest about the parts that are genuinely unpredictable. Civil work in an existing flat routinely uncovers something behind a wall, and material lead times move. What we can hold fixed is the specification and the price of everything specified; what we will not do is pretend an opened-up wall was in the original quote.

We are a broker first, which changes how we finish a job: we still have to face you about the next property. That is the whole reason the studio exists in-house rather than as a referral to someone we never see again.

Common questions

How long does a full home fit-out take?expand_more

For a typical 3 BHK in New Gurgaon, eight to twelve weeks from approved design, assuming the flat is empty and possession is clear. Occupied flats take longer and cost more in disruption than in money.

Do you handle society approvals and gate passes?expand_more

Yes. We work in these societies constantly, so we already know each one's working hours, material movement rules and NOC process — which is a genuine reason to use a local team rather than one coming from across the city.

Can I do it in phases?expand_more

Yes, and for a lot of people it is the sensible answer: kitchen and wardrobes first because they are what make a flat livable, then the rest once you have lived in the space and know what it actually needs.

A builder floor plan and a rough budget is enough for us to come back with a layout and a written bill of quantities.
