Rather than publish a figure that would be stale within a month, we will tell you the range we are actually closing at, and show you the recent transactions behind it.

Rising Homes is in Sector 92, Gurgaon, in the New Gurgaon belt. Sector 92 is where our office sits, next to MPRC Sports Park, and it is the sector we know unit by unit. It carries the widest mix in New Gurgaon — group housing towers, affordable-housing projects and DLF plotted floors all inside the same few kilometres — which means the same budget can buy very different homes here depending on the society. Connectivity runs through Pataudi Road to NH-48 and across to the Dwarka Expressway.
